Active employment policies

It includes all those actions that affect directly the employment market by creating new job opportunities or acting, as a preventive service, on the possible reasons of unemployment.

The main goal is to prevent people from remaining unemployed for a long time ("trapped" in a state of unemployment), encouraging the transition of the individual from a passive to an active protection.
