Orienta spa - Società Benefit, filiale di Modena, ricerca per azienda metalmeccanica di Modena un/a TIROCINANTE ADDETTO/A AL CUSTOMER SERVICE CON OTTIMA CONOSCENZA DELLA LINGUA RUMENA.
La risorsa si occuperà di:
- contatto e gestione clienti dell'Est;
- attività amministrative e front-office;
- inserimento e gestione ordini;
- assistenza post-vendita.
REQUISITI
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua rumena;
- disponibilità full-time, dal lunedì al venerdì, 9-18 con 1 ora di pausa pranzo;
- ottima dimestichezza nell'utilizzo del PC e del Pacchetto Office;
- empatia e ottime doti comunicative;
- residenza e/o domicilio su Modena città.
Si offre tirocinio di 6 mesi con rimborso spese, scopo assuntivo.
