La figura, riportando al responsabile di funzione, seguirà in prima persone le richieste di assistenza tecnica provenienti dalla clientela italiana ed estera.
Requisiti:
- Formazione tecnica: diploma ad indirizzo meccanico/elettronico
- Conoscenze linguistiche: inglese fluente + una seconda lingua (preferenziale francese, spagnolo o russo)
- Esperienza pregressa maturata al customer service preso aziende manifatturiere/metalmeccaniche
- Completano il profilo capacità di problem solving, doti comunicative e relazionali, attenzione al cliente
- Disponibilità sporadica a trasferte (indicativamente una al mese)
