La risorsa si occuperà di supporto tecnico di primo livello e attività di manutenzione base delle infrastrutture IT aziendali.
Responsabilità principali
- Supporto agli utenti per problemi hardware e software
- Installazione, configurazione e aggiornamento di PC, stampanti e periferiche
- Gestione base della rete aziendale (Wi-Fi, LAN, accessi)
- Monitoraggio e risoluzione di malfunzionamenti tecnici
- Collaborazione con il team IT per attività di miglioramento e manutenzione
Requisiti
- Diploma ad indirizzo informatico o esperienza equivalente
- Appartenenza alle categorie protette (L.68/99)
- Conoscenza di Windows, pacchetto Office e principali strumenti informatici
- Capacità di installazione e configurazione hardware
- Buone doti di problem solving e orientamento al cliente
- Disponibilità a lavorare in team
