Orienta Società Benefit, filiale di San Benedetto del Tronto, seleziona per azienda operante nel settore edile un Tecnico di cantiere.
Si richiede il possesso del diploma di geometra e/o la laurea in architettura, ingegnere edile/civile;
esperienza pregressa nella direzione di cantieri e conoscenza del testo unico sulla sicurezza.
La risorsa si dovrà occupare di:
- Gestione e Organizzazione delle maestranze;
- Gestione organizzazione dei subappaltatori;
-Approvvigionamento dei materiali;
-Redazione report di cantieri con aggiornamento file costi;
- Disponibilità al lavoro in mobilità tra i vari cantieri
