TECH RECRUITER
La risorsa, con esperienza nella ricerca e selezione di profili IT/Tech sarà inserita nell'area HR e lavorerà a stretto contatto con l'HR Business Partner e si occuperà in particolare di:
- Gestione end-to-end del processo di selezione per profili tech
- Screening CV e ricerca attiva su diversi canali
- Conduzione dei colloqui e valutazione delle competenze
- Gestione del rapporto con i candidati e supporto nelle fasi di selezione
- Collaborazione con HRBP e team interno per definizione delle esigenze
- Monitoraggio dell'avanzamento delle selezioni e reportistica
Requisiti
- Esperienza pregressa nel recruiting Tech e autonomia nella gestione delle attività
- Conoscenza base della lingua inglese
- Ottime capacità organizzative e flessibilità
Si Offre
- Contratto full time 9.00-18.00 a tempo determinato di 6 mesi – CCNL Grafica e Industria, livello B2
- RAL in un range di 30K–35K
- Smart working 3 giorni alla settimana
