Orienta SpA, Agenzia per il Lavoro, ricerca per importante autoconcessionaria multibrand a Roma:
UN/UNA ADDETTO/A AL CONTACT CENTER - COSTUMER EXPERIENCE.
La persona in carica si occuperà delle comunicazioni inbound e outbound con la clientela, occupandosi in particolare di fornire informazioni sui servizi offerti, promuovere servizi e offerte per le autovetture, gestire reclami, richieste di supporto e altro.
LUOGO DI LAVORO: Roma, zona La Pisana.
REQUISITI:
- Esperienza precedente in ruoli di customer care, post-vendita, BDC o Contact Center;
- Esperienze precedenti nel settore automotive come autoconcessionari, officine o rivenditori auto saranno considerate un valore aggiunto.
- Essere automuniti/e per raggiungere la sede lavorativa.
CONTRATTO: 5° livello del CCNL commercio. Contratto in somministrazione iniziale di 3 mesi con intenzione di proroga.
Retribuzione: € 1599 lordi mensili.
Orario di lavoro: 38 h su turni alternati comunicati settimanalmente
Turno 1: Lun.-Ven. 9.00-13.00/ 14 -17.36
Turno 2: Lun.-Ven. 9.00-13.00/ 14-16.06 + Sab. 8.00 - 13.00
