Orienta Spa - Società Benefit offre la possibilità di svolgere uno STAGE RISORSE UMANE presso la propria filiale di Udine.
La risorsa sarà inserite in un processo di formazione per acquisire competenze nei diversi ambiti: RECRUITING, SALES & MARKETING.
COMPITI:
- Reclutamento candidature attraverso i portali dedicati alla ricerca di lavoro.
- Colloqui di selezione su tutti i livelli e categorie professionali.
- Attività commerciale di gestione e sviluppo della clientela.
- Promozione del brand Orienta sul territorio attraverso attività di marketing.
- Supporto nelle attività di gestione amministrativa dei lavoratori: creazione contratti, proroghe, cessazioni, inserimento presenze.
REQUISITI:
- Laurea in materie umanistiche o economiche.
- Iscrizione al PROGETTO PIPOL.
- Buone conoscenze informatiche: posta elettronica, pacchetto Office.
- Ottima capacità di lavorare in team, flessibilità e capacità organizzativa.
- Resilienza e atteggiamento positivo nell'affrontare nuove sfide.
- Orientamento alle Persone (Candidati e Clienti).
Inizio previsto del tirocinio: giugno 2022.
ORARIO: full-time 9:00-13:00 / 14:00-18:00 - SEDE: Udine.
