Orienta Spa offre la possibilità di svolgere uno STAGE RISORSE UMANE presso la propria filiale di Pordenone.
PROFILO PROFESSIONALE: la risorsa sarà inserite in un processo di formazione per acquisire competenze in ambito RECRUITING, SALES & MARKETING.
COMPITI:
- Reclutamento candidature attraverso i portali dedicati alla ricerca di lavoro
- Selezione del personale su tutti i livelli e categorie professionali
- Attività commerciale di gestione e sviluppo della clientela
- Promozione del brand Orienta sul territorio attraverso attività di marketing
- Supporto nelle attività di gestione amministrativa dei lavoratori: creazione contratti, proroghe, cessazioni, inserimento presenze
REQUISITI:
- Laurea in materie umanistiche o economiche
- Iscrizione al PROGETTO PIPOL
- Buone conoscenze informatiche: posta elettronica, pacchetto Office
- Ottima capacità di lavorare in team, flessibilità e capacità organizzativa
- Resilienza e atteggiamento positivo nell'affrontare nuove sfide
- Orientamento alle Persone (Candidati e Clienti).
ORARIO: full-time 9:00-13:00 / 14:00-18:00 - SEDE: Pordenone.
