Orienta SpA, Agenzia per il Lavoro filiale di Milano via Giotto 36, ricerca per organico interno un/a:
LAUREATO/A per STAGE in RICERCA E SELEZIONE DEL PERSONALE per le aziende clienti della filiale.
La risorsa si occuperà di tutto il processo di selezione: dalla pubblicazione annunci su gestionale interno e sui principali siti, screening CV anche tramite l'utilizzo delle banche dati interne, primo contatto telefonico con i candidati, colloqui, presentazione dei profili in linea all'azienda cliente ecc, attività di archiviazione ecc.
Si richiede:
- laurea almeno triennale
- forte interesse e motivazione a lavorare in un' agenzia per il lavoro (gradita breve esperienza maturata presso APL)
- resistenza allo stress e buona gestione delle priorità
Luogo lavoro: Milano zona Buonarroti (M1)
Orario: full time 9-13/14-18 dal lunedì al venerdì (No smart workig)
Durata stage: 3/4 mesi iniziali
Rimborso spese mensile netto: 700 euro + buoni pasto da 4 Euro
E' necessaria la disponibilità da gennaio
