Orienta Spa, società Benefit, ricerca per azienda cliente settore Fashion/ Luxury un/a:
STAGISTA HR CURRICOLARE ( laurea in corso )
Il/la candidato/a supporterà l'équipe in Italia nelle seguenti attività:
• Preparazione di presentazioni, data base, reportistiche, documentazione amministrativa.
• Revisione organigrammi e policy/procedure interne
• Gestione del planning delle attività e dell'archivio HR
• Mappatura stakeholders (scuole, società di selezione e formazione)
• Organizzazione di incontri ed eventi interni (team building, riunioni, visite internazionali...) ed esterni (Employer Branding/Career Day);
• Supporto nella progettazione ed implementazione di progetti specifici e relativa comunicazione degli stessi ai diversi livelli dell'organizzazione
Requisiti:
• Laurea (discipline umanistiche, giuridiche o economiche)
• Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook)
• Conoscenza della lingua inglese orale e scritto; francese (preferenziale)
Ottime capacità analitiche e relazionali
• Orientamento al cliente interno e al risultato
Si offre stage di 6 mesi prorogabili per altri 6 mesi; inizio previsto a maggio 2025
Rimborso spese: 800 Euro netti più ticket da 9 euro.
