I candidati ideali sono laureandi/laureati in discipline umanistiche o in psicologia.
Automuniti, fortemente motivati a operare nelle risorse umane e ad essere formati all'attività di selezione del personale temporaneo.
La risorsa verrà affiancata al responsabile di selezione per essere formato/a.
Buone doti relazionali e comunicative, predisposizione al lavoro in team e per obiettivi, disponibilità e capacità di assumersi responsabilità completano il profilo.
La risorsa si occuperà di:
- screening cv,
- ricerca e selezione,
- amministrazione del personale,
- marketing commerciale.
- front office
Orario di lavoro: full time, si valuta anche figura part time 30 ore.
