Orienta Spa, filiale di Mantova, ricerca per azienda cliente del settore trasporti, sita a Nogarole Rocca (VR), un/A IMPIEGATO/A ADDETTO/A AL CONTO DEPOSITO.
Principali attività:
· Gestire tempestivamente le richieste dei clienti attraverso telefono ed email ed individuare le possibili soluzioni;
· Gestire i flussi comunicativi con il cliente, fornire assistenza ed informazioni in merito alla preparazioni degli ordini;
· Collaborare con i reparti operativi per far fronte alle necessità dei clienti;
· Gestire le eventuali contestazioni;
· Svolgere attività generali di back office.
Profilo del candidato
- Formazione e/o Esperienza e/o Interesse per il settore logistico;
- Lingua inglese: livello B2;
- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office;
- Problem solving e proattività;
- Orientamento al risultato;
- Teamwork;
- Flessibilità;
- Capacità comunicative e relazionali.
Orario di lavoro: full time.
Si offre contratto iniziale in stage con obiettivo inserimento.
