Orienta Spa - Società Benefit - ricerca per azienda cliente che opera nel settore degli imballaggi sostenibili, una figura in stage come:
ADDETTO/A AMMINISTRAZIONE E CONTABILITA'
La risorsa si occuperà, in supporto ai colleghi, delle seguenti attività:
- Fatturazione attiva/passiva
- Redazione prima nota
- Archiviazione documenti
- Interfaccia e comunicazioni con enti quali Agenzia delle Entrate
- Attività di amministrazione aziendale
REQUISITI
- Laurea ad indirizzo economico/amministrativo
- Ottima conoscenza del Pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Residenza/domicilio nei pressi della sede
Completano il profilo capacità quali team working, rispetto delle scadenze, organizzazione e precisione.
Previsto un iniziale inserimento in stage della durata di 6 mesi, con possibilità di assunzione. E' previsto un rimborso spese.
ORARIO DI LAVORO: Full time 9:00-18:00 (lun-ven)
