ORIENTA S.p.A., Società Benefit, filiale di Rovereto, ricerca per importante cliente che fornisce i servizi IT on-demand necessari a supportare le infrastrutture e la trasformazione digitale un OPERATORE HELP DESK.
Mansioni:
- gestione e risoluzione dei ticket relativi al rilascio di strumenti software e dei sistemi aziendali,
- installare e aggiornare desktop, client
- identificare i problemi di malfunzionamento dei sistemi, effettuando la diagnostica
REQUISITI
- Diploma in informatica oppure esperienza minima nel ruolo di almeno 2 anni;
- buona conoscenza della lingua inglesee italiana parlata e scritta;
- competenze di base su: reti, servers, requisiti preferenziali e del desktop, infrastrutture IT in generale;
- buone capacità di dialogo e comunicative.
Luogo di lavoro: Trento.
Orario di lavoro: Full time da lunedì a venerdì.
