L'addetta al front office sarà impegnata in attività quali:
- gestione agende dei medici
- pianificazione degli appuntamenti
- gestione appuntamenti online
- fatturazione
- amministrazione pratiche d'ufficio
Requisiti:
- Esperienza pregressa in ruoli di front office
- buone competenze nell'utilizzo dei principali tools informatici
- orientamento al cliente, flessibilità, discrezione e affidabilità
SI OFFRE: Contratto finalizzato all'unzione a lungo termine
ORARIO DI LAVORO: Dal Lunedì al Venerdì dalle ore 13.30 alle 18.30
