Orienta S.p.a., sede di Bari, ricerca per aziende cliente del settore GDO: Salumiere.
La risorsa si occuperà di:
- vendere al pubblico prodotti alimentari non preconfezionati (in particolare formaggi, salumi e prodotti di gastronomia);
- tagliare, affettare, porzionare, pesare e confezionare i prodotti;
- preparare prodotti freschi di gastronomia;
- utilizzare attrezzi per la pulizia dei cibi.
Requisiti richiesti:
- attestato HACCP;
- pregressa esperienza nel settore;
- ottima conoscenza del settore;
- doti comunicative e di ascolto.
