Nello specifico si occuperà di:
- Gestione del Personale: Assunzioni, proroghe, cessazioni e pianificazione dei turni.
- Gestione Operativa: Supervisione della qualità del servizio, controllo delle scorte, gestione degli ordini a fornitori e manutenzione attrezzature.
Gestione Finanziaria: Controllo dei costi, budget, monitoraggio di entrate e uscite, massimizzazione dei profitti
