Orienta S.p.A., Società Benefit, filiale di Bolzano, ricerca per azienda cliente operante nel settore Automotive un RESPONSABILE QUALITA' PRODUZIONE.
Mansioni principali:
- Gestire e coordinare il processo di risoluzione delle non conformità, collaborando con i reparti tecnici coinvolti;
- Proporre e implementare azioni correttive mirate alla riduzione dei costi di controllo qualità;
- Partecipare al passaggio dei prodotti dalla fase di sviluppo alla produzione in serie, assicurando coerenza con gli standard qualitativi;
- Ottimizzare i piani di controllo del prodotto predisposti dal dipartimento qualità di sviluppo prodotto.
Requisiti:
- Titolo di studio in ambito tecnico oppure esperienza pregressa equivalente nel settore qualità o produzione;
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel e PowerPoint;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Spiccate capacità organizzative e relazionali;
- Attitudine al problem solving, precisione, capacità di visione d'insieme e orientamento al risultato.

- Orario di lavoro full time, 40 ore settimanali, dal lunedì al venerdì.

Orienta S.p.A., Benefit-Gesellschaft, Niederlassung Bozen, sucht für ein Kundenunternehmen im Automotive-Sektor einen LEITER QUALITÄT PRODUKTION.
Hauptaufgaben:
- Verwaltung und Koordinierung des Prozesses zur Behebung von Nichtkonformitäten in Zusammenarbeit mit den beteiligten technischen Abteilungen;
- Vorschlag und Umsetzung von Korrekturmaßnahmen zur Reduzierung der Qualitätskontrollkosten;
- Teilnahme an der Übergabe der Produkte von der Entwicklungsphase in die Serienproduktion, unter Gewährleistung der Einhaltung der Qualitätsstandards;
- Optimierung der vom Qualitätsentwicklungsbereich erstellten Produktkontrollpläne.
Anforderungen:
- Technische Ausbildung oder gleichwertige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Qualitäts- oder Produktionsbereich;
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse des MS-Office-Pakets, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint;
- Gute Englischkenntnisse;
- Ausgeprägte organisatorische und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten;
- Problemlösungsorientierung, Präzision, Fähigkeit zum Gesamtüberblick sowie Ergebnisorientierung.
