Orienta Spa, filiale di Milano Giotto, ricerca con urgenza per azienda cliente multinazionale operante nell'ambito comunicazione e marketing un/a:
RECEPTION / segretaria per SOSTITUZIONE MATERNITA' full time con OTTIMO INGLESE.
La risorsa si occuperà della gestione centralino, accoglienza ospiti e clienti, front office e back office, prenotazione aule, gestione ordini, contatto con i fornitori ecc.
Indispensabile l'ottimo inglese orale e scritto per comunicare con i colleghi e clienti esteri, almeno minima esperienza nel ruolo in aziende multinazionali, e la disponibilità immediata.
Si offre contratto di somministrazione - 5 livello ccnl Commercio + ticket
Orario: full time 9/18 dal lun al ven
Sede: Milano sud - zona via Savona
