Description
Orienta S.p.A. – Agenzia per il Lavoro, filiale di Lucca – ricerca per azienda cliente operante nel settore dell'edilizia un:1 PROJECT MANAGER.
La risorsa selezionata, rispondendo direttamente alla proprietà e al direttore finanziario, si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
- Stima e preventivazione dei costi dei lavori;
- Gestione dei rapporti con i fornitori;
- Valutazione del fabbisogno di risorse per i cantieri;
- Analisi dei costi complessivi dei progetti;
- Pianificazione e monitoraggio delle tempistiche di approvvigionamento dei materiali.
Requisiti richiesti:
- Diploma di Geometra, Perito Tecnico o Laurea in Ingegneria termoidraulica;
- Pregressa esperienza nel ruolo;
- Buona conoscenza del software CAD;
- Buona conoscenza della parte idraulica ed elettrica;
- Capacità di lettura e interpretazione del disegno tecnico;
- Preferibile conoscenza del gestionale TeamSystem.
Si offre inserimento diretto in azienda con contratto a tempo indeterminato.
