La risorsa si occuperà dell'erogazione di colloqui di accoglienza, procedure di iscrizione,procedure amministrative, servizi di orientamento, accompagnamento al lavoro e tutoring in progetti di politiche attive per il lavoro regionali e nazionali.
E' richiesta laurea (magistrale)/diploma di laurea (triennale) con indirizzo in Scienze del Lavoro, Economia, Scienze Politiche, Psicologia oppure o equipollenti, esperienza pregressa nella mansione o nelle risorse umane di almeno due anni.
Si offre contratto a tempo determinato full-time sulle filiali di Lucca e Pontedera.
