La figura selezionata si occuperà di gestire telefonate inbound e svolgere attività di customer care relativi a contratti e guasti.
Si richiede:
- Disponibilità al lavoro su turni lunedì-domenica h24,
- Diploma di maturità,
- Buone conoscenze informatiche (pacchetto office, utilizzo mail),
- Possesso patente B.
- Gradita esperienza pregressa nella mansione.
Si offre contratto part-time 30/35h settimali
