Orienta ricerca, per azienda cliente, un/a operatore/trice customer care. La risorsa svolgerà mansioni di operatore telefonico prendendo in carico le chiamate in entrata dei clienti e le loro richieste.
Si richiede:
- patente B
- disponibilità a lavorare su turni anche notturni dal lunedì alla domenica.
Il candidato ideale è in possesso di un diploma o laurea, ha buona dimestichezza con i sistemi informatici e i social network, e ha maturato esperienza come operatore telefonico addetto al servizio clienti. Completano il profilo buone doti relazionali e disposizione al contatto con il pubblico e buona dialettica.
Oriario di lavoro 35/40 ore settimanali distribuite su turni. Sedi di lavoro: Empoli e Castelfiorentino
