Agenzia per il lavoro Orienta SpA ricerca per azienda cliente un/una OPERATORE/OPERATRICE CALL CENTER INBOUD.
La figura selezionata si occuperà di telefonate inbound, attività di customer care e assistenza clienti.
Si richiede:
- Disponibilità al lavoro su turni dal lunedì-domenica,
- Disponibilità al lavoro su turni anche notturni,
- Diploma di maturità o Laurea,
- Buone conoscenze informatiche (pacchetto office, utilizzo mail, social networks),
- Esperienza pregressa nella mansione di operatore di call center o customer care
- Possesso patente B.
Orario di lavoro: Part time 35/40H sett.
Luogo di lavoro: Pistoia e provincia
