Orienta S.p.A. Società Benefit, ricerca a carattere d'urgenza su nuova commessa per azienda cliente operante nel settore delle telecomunicazioni, 1 OPERATORE INBOUND.
La risorsa selezionata, inserita in gruppo e, rispondendo direttamente al proprio Team Leader, si occuperà delle attività di customer service inbound, upselling e cross-selling.
REQUISITI RICHIESTI:
Diploma di Scuola Secondaria Superiore;
Ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative;
Predisposizione al contatto telefonico;
Capacità di lavorare in team;
Sarà considerato un plus aver maturato esperienza nel ruolo.
Luogo di lavoro: Napoli (quart. Fuorigrotta)
Orario di lavoro: Part-Time 25 ore settimanali su turni pomeridiani (15:30 - 20:30).
Previsto inserimento diretto oppure in somministrazione iniziale con possibili proroghe con RAL da concordare secondo i parametri del CCNL Call Center Conflavoro Liv. 1 e 2, e secondo il grado di professionalità.
