L'operatore di fonderia che stiamo cercando verrà inserito all'interno dell'azienda e presenta i seguenti requisiti:
- preferibilmente esperienza in fonderie, anche se non sono escluse prime esperienze
- ha maturato esperienza in contesti di aziende metalmeccaniche
- buone doti manuali
- doti di precisione, tenacia, accuratezza, flessibilità.
- buone doti comunicative e capacità di lavorare in team
- voglia di mettersi in gioco e di imparare
