Orienta spa- società benefit, filiale di Firenze ricerca per importante catena alberghiera con più strutture ricettive dislocate nell'area fiorentina MANUTENTORI DI HOTEL.
Le risorse selezionate si occuperanno della manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria degli impianti e delle strutture, garantendo il corretto funzionamento e la sicurezza degli ambienti, effettuando il primo intervento e coordinandosi poi con le ditte esterne per le manutenzioni.
Responsabilità:
- Effettuare interventi di manutenzione ordinaria su impianti elettrici, idraulici, di condizionamento e riscaldamento.
- Intervenire tempestivamente per risolvere eventuali guasti o malfunzionamenti segnalati.
- Effettuare piccoli lavori di riparazione e manutenzione edile.
SI OFFRE: Contratto finalizzato all'assunzione a lungo termine.
ORARIO DI LAVORO: Full time dal lunedì alla domenica su turni
