Orienta S.p.a., sede di Bari, ricerca per aziende cliente del settore GDO: Macellaio.
La risorsa si occuperà di:
- vendita e assistenza diretta al cliente;
- disossamento fino alla sezione dei particolari tagli di carne, utilizzando strumenti ed attrezzature specifiche adeguatamente selezionate al tipo di animale, carne, prodotto e lavorazione;
- gestisce l'intero processo di preparazione delle carni: taglio, confezionamento e rifornimento del banco macelleria;
- preparazione della carne per la vendita.
Requisiti richiesti:
- attestato HACCP;
- pregressa esperienza nel settore;
- ottima conoscenza del settore;
- doti comunicative e di ascolto.
