Orienta Spa, filiale di Mantova, ricerca per azienda cliente del settore metalmeccanico, sita a Castel D'Ario, un INGEGNERE GESTIONALE.
Le mansioni che dovrà svolgere sono le seguenti:
- Analisi e gestione del processo produttivo.
- Pianificazione di modelli e flussi lavorativi.
- Coordinamento delle risorse umane.
- Controllo di gestione.
- Gestione commesse in lavorazione e processi ad esse collegate (verifica del rispetto dei tempi di consegna, verifica tempistiche di arrivo materiali)
- Monitoraggio della redditività
- Budgeting.
- Reporting.
- Gestione dei rischi d'impresa.
Tali attività saranno svolte inizialmente con il supporto di risorse interne all'azienda e successivamente in piena autonomia.
Orario di lavoro: full time giornaliero
Si offre contratto a scopo assunzione.
