Orienta Spa filiale di Pordenone ricerca per azienda di spedizioni un IMPIEGATO/A OPERATIVO - TRASPORTI NAZIONALI.
La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno di un team di lavoro e, dopo un periodo di affiancamento con il personale più esperto, gestirà le spedizioni nazionali.
COMPITI:
- Assistenza clienti su tempi di consegna
- Inserimento ordini su gestionale (tipologia di merce, ritiri e consegne)
- Redazione documenti di trasporto e bollettazione
- Monitorare lo stato di avanzamento delle spedizioni
- Pratiche amministrative (controllo prefatture, etc.)
REQUISITI:
- Diploma
- Esperienza nella gestione dei traporti
- Buone conoscenze informatiche in ambiente Windows e pacchetto Microsoft Office
- Capacità di lavorare in team, velocità di apprendimento ed esecuzione
CONTRATTO: l'azienda propone contratto iniziale a tempo determinato con reale possibilità di stabilizzazione.
ORARIO: a giornata dal lunedì al venerdì - SEDE: CONEGLIANO (TREVISO).
