Orienta spa, Società Benefit, ricerca con urgenza IMPIEGATO/a COMMERCIALE da inserire in una realtà dinamica specializzata in compravendita di auto.
La figura ricercata dovrà essere un/una giovane in possesso di laurea con ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
La risorsa ha i seguenti requisiti:
- spiccate capacità commerciali e sensibilità nella gestione dei venditori e dei clienti
- un carattere molto forte e carismatico
- leadership per poter supportare la direzione per la gestione dello staff vendita
La risorsa seguirà una formazione specifica al fine di arrivare a gestire la forza vendita dei vari concessionari del gruppo
Si richiede la disponibilità ad effettuare trasferte giornaliere
