La figura selezionata si occuperà di:
- Gestione degli ordini clienti tramite inserimento su gestionale,
- Corrispondenza con la clientela nelle fasi di pre e post vendita,
- Gestione e aggiornamento delle anagrafiche clienti,
- Comunicazione con corrieri e spedizionieri,
- Documentazione necessaria per la spedizione della merce (DDT, fatture, note di credito, ecc.)
Si richiede:
- Esperienza come back office commerciale estero di almeno 3/5 anni,
- Iscrizione al collocamento mirato, L. 68/99 Art. 1,
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese,
- Disponibilità al lavoro full time.
