Orienta S.p.A., Società Benefit, filiale di Bolzano, ricerca per azienda cliente di Bolzano, operante nel settore dei trasporti, un/a IMPIEGATO/A ACQUISTI/VENDITE.
La risorsa da inserire sarà a supporto delle attività commerciali e del contatto con clienti e partner.
Mansioni principali:
- Gestione dei contatti quotidiani con clienti e diverse aziende di trasporto;
- Risposta professionale e tempestiva alle richieste commerciali;
- Preparazione di offerte personalizzate e supporto nella gestione degli ordini.
Requisiti:
- Formazione in ambito commerciale;
- Ottima conoscenza parlata e scritta di tedesco e italiano;
- Conoscenza di base della lingua inglese;
- Ottima dimestichezza con il PC e con i principali programmi MS Office;
- Spiccate capacità comunicative, attitudine al contatto con il pubblico;
- Approccio positivo, aperto e orientato al lavoro di squadra.
Offriamo:
- Assunzione diretta a tempo indeterminato;
- Orario di lavoro full time, dal lunedì al venerdì - 39 ore settimanali;
- CCNL spedizione e trasporti: 14 mensilità.

Die einzustellende Person unterstützt die kommerziellen Tätigkeiten sowie den Kontakt zu Kunden und Partnern.
Hauptaufgaben:
- Betreuung des täglichen Kontakts mit Kunden und verschiedenen Transportunternehmen;
- Professionelle und zeitnahe Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen;
- Erstellung individueller Angebote und Unterstützung bei der Auftragsabwicklung.
Anforderungen:
- Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich;
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Italienischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift;
- Grundkenntnisse der englischen Sprache;
- Sicherer Umgang mit dem PC und den gängigen MS-Office-Programmen;
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Freude am Kundenkontakt;
- Positive, offene und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise.
