Orienta Spa, Agenzia per il Lavoro, ricerca per azienda cliente operante nel settore edile, un/una IMPIEGATA/O AMMINISTRATIVA/O SETTORE EDILE da inserire all'interno dell'organico. La risorsa si occuperà di gestire tutte le pratiche amministrative e burocratiche relative alle commesse e alla gestione dei cantieri: redigere preventivi (su indicazione dell'ufficio tecnico), richiedere preventivi ai fornitori (compreso artigiani esterni), emettere fatture di vendita, occuparsi dei documenti sulla sicurezza delle persone coinvolte sui vari cantieri, achivizione documenti.
REQUISITI: persona con esperienza maturata nello stesso settore, gradito diploma di geometra.
Orario : FULL TIME - Preferibile 9-13 / 15-19
Inquadramento da valutare in sede di selezione.
Luogo di Lavoro : FIRENZE, ZONA STATUTO
