HR TALENT MANAGER
A diretto riporto del Responsabile dello Sviluppo del Personale, il candidato si focalizzerà principalmente sulle seguente attività:
- Performance management
- Segmentazione talent pool (identificazione sia high che low performers)
- Succession planning
- Programmi di assessment
- Disegno di percorsi di sviluppo professionale/ career path
- Programmi di management development
Retribuzione e inquadramento saranno valutati in base all'esperienza e alle competenze raggiunte.
