La risorsa sarà inserita nell'ufficio Hr e si occuperà di:
- pratiche amministrative: contratti di assunzione, cessazioni, proroghe
- gestione malattie/infortuni
- elaborazione cedolini
- ricerca e selezione del personale
Il profilo ideale:
- ha esperienza pregressa nella mansione in aziende strutturate
- sa utilizzare i principali canali di reclutamento
- ha buona conoscenza del diritto del lavoro
- ha titolo di studio in campo umanistico
