Orienta S.p.A., Società Benefit, filiale di Bolzano, ricerca per la prossima apertura della filiale di MEZZOCORONA, un/a HR RECRUITER.
I candidati ideali sono diplomati/laureandi/laureati in discipline umanistiche o in psicologia.
La risorsa si occuperà di:
- Screening cv;
- Ricerca e selezione;
- Amministrazione del personale.
Requisiti richiesti: fortemente motivati a operare nelle risorse umane ed a essere formati all'attività di selezione/amministrazione del personale, buone doti relazionali e comunicative e predisposizione al lavoro in team e per obiettivi.
Orario di lavoro: Full Time, dal lunedì al venerdì dalle 9.00 alle 13.00 e dalle 14.00 alle 18.00.
