Orienta S.p.A. Healthcare Division ricerca per azienda del settore della sanificazione industriale un HR Generalist
l/La candidato/a, riporterà direttamente alla Direzione HR occupandosi della gestione delle risorse umane in un contesto industriale. Il/La candidato/a coadiuverà la funzione negli aspetti tipici di gestione delle risorse umane in un contesto manifatturiero industriale. La risorsa sarà responsabile dei corretti adempimenti amministrativi della gestione delle pratiche contrattuali e di assunzione, dei licenziamenti, e della gestione di iniziative di welfare aziendale.
Requisiti richiesti:
• Laurea in discipline giuridiche/economiche e/o Master affini;
• Esperienza pregressa di almeno due anni;
• Conoscenza della lingua inglese;
