L'addetto | addetta risorse umane si occuperà in affiancamento di:
- stesura job description
- pubblicazione annunci di lavoro su gestionale Arca24
- ricerca attiva di personale sulle principali piattaforme
- contatto telefonico iniziale con il candidato
- colloqui di selezione
- stesura Dossier candidati
- verifica documentazione necessaria ai fini dell'assunzione
- supporto al lavoratore nelle fasi di pre e post assunzione.
CONTRATTO
- inserimento in stage della durata di 6 mesi
- rimborso spese iniziale di 500€ mensili
- Orario: Lun-Ven h 9:00-13:00 e 14:00-18:00
