Un/a ADDETTO/A HELP DESK 2° LIVELLO CON BUONA CONOSCENZA LINUX per azienda del settore meccanico ad alto livello tecnologico. L'addetto all'assistenza tecnica avrà il compito di supportare i tecnici sul campo e risolvere problematiche tecniche avanzate relative a macchinari automatizzati.
Responsabilità:
· Fornire supporto tecnico avanzato ai tecnici di 1° livello e ai clienti;
· Diagnosticare e risolvere problemi hardware e software;
· Gestire e monitorare le richieste di assistenza tramite ticketing system.
Requisiti:
· Diploma di perito elettronico o informatico
· Conoscenza di sistema operativo linux
· Buone capacità di problem solving
· Gradita esperienza come tecnico o sul campo o di assistenza remota
· Buone capacità di relazionarsi con i clienti

LUOGO DI LAVORO: Sesto Fiorentino.
ORARIO: Full time dal lunedì al venerdì con possibilità di smart working.
