Il percorso consiste nell'aiutare la persona a:
- scegliere un obiettivo professionale perseguibile
- scrivere un curriculum veramente efficace
- scoprire varie tecniche di ricerca lavoro per arrivare a fare più colloqui e superarli.
Per partecipare a Garanzia Giovani bisogna possedere i seguenti requisiti:
- avere un'età inferiore ai 29 anni
- essere disoccupati e non avere in corso alcun tipo di lavoro
- non essere iscritto all'università o in percorsi formativi
- non avere in corso servizio civile o tirocini
