La risorsa, si occuperà principalmente di:
- Monitorare i processi produttivi e gestire le analisi enologiche;
- Collaborare con il team tecnico per garantire standard qualitativi elevati;
- Partecipare alla gestione delle cantine e alla manutenzione delle attrezzature.
Si richiede:
- Laurea in Enotecnologia, Viticoltura o titolo affine;
- Passione per il mondo del vino e interesse per le tecniche di produzione;
- Capacità di lavorare in team e precisione nel controllo dei processi.
