La risorsa selezionata parteciperà a un percorso formativo con frequenza obbligatoria.
Il/la candidato/a ideale sarà in possesso di:
- Motivazione a intraprendere una carriera nel settore socio-sanitario;
- Passione per l'assistenza e cura delle persone;
- Serietà, affidabilità e disponibilità a seguire un percorso formativo con frequenza obbligatoria;

Al termine del percorso, previo superamento dei test e delle prove pratiche, è previsto l'inserimento lavorativo in RSA.
