Description
Orienta spa ricerca per cliente del settore automazione industriale sito a Roverbella una figura di CUSTOMER SERVICE.
La risorsa sarà inserita nel team Technical Support e si occuperà di:
- gestione (accettazione, identificazione, classificazione e smistamento) delle richieste di supporto;
- creazione dei casi sulla piattaforma dedicata,
- monitoraggio delle tempistiche di attività e soluzione;
- primo contatto telefonico con il cliente se necessario,
- monitoraggio e gestione del processo di fatturazione al cliente.
Requisiti:
- diploma tecnico o comunque eventuali esperienze in ambito tecnico (meccanico e/o elettrico e/o elettronico);
- conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello richiesto B1/B2),
- conoscenza del pacchetto Office
- preferibile anche la conoscenza di SAP.
