Orienta Spa - Società benefit, filiale di Firenze, ricerca e seleziona per azienda cliente operante nel settore IT, un / un' ADDETTO/ ADDETTA AL CUSTOMER SERVICE E BACK OFFICE COMMERCIALE. La risorsa, in seguito ad una campagna di marketing finalizzata a promuovere i servizi dell'azienda a clienti acquisiti o prospect, si occuperà dell'attività di recalling, di formulare proposte commerciali, inserimento dati e anagrafiche, gestione delle fasi iniziali della trattativa commerciale.
Richiesta esperienza pregressa in ruoli simili, ottimo eloquio, buona conoscenza degli applicativi informatici, posta elettronica e Office.
