- Laurea triennale in ambito educativo, umanistico, sociale – in alternativa diploma ed esperienza in coordinamento
- Buona capacità nella gestione del personale operativo
- Ottime capacità relazionali
- Spiccate doti organizzative ed orientamento all'efficienza
- Gradita la conoscenza delle dinamiche del settore Formazione
- Affidabilità, puntualità e serietà
