Orienta S.p.A., Società benefit, filiale di Bolzano, ricerca per azienda cliente di Bolzano, un COMMERCIALE BACK OFFICE.
La risorsa selezionata sarà inserita nell'ufficio commerciale e si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
- Gestione del contatto con i clienti, supportando il team vendite.
- Collaborazione quotidiana con l'area commerciale per l'elaborazione di offerte e preventivi.
- Inserimento e gestione degli ordini ai fornitori e aggiornamento delle informazioni a gestionale.
- Monitoraggio delle consegne e assistenza post-vendita.
Requisiti:
- Conoscenza della lingua tedesca.
- Capacità di comunicazione efficace e orientamento al cliente.
- Spirito di squadra e predisposizione al lavoro collaborativo.
Assunzione diretta con scopo di stabilizzazione.

Die ausgewählte Person wird in der Vertriebsabteilung eingesetzt und übernimmt unter anderem folgende Aufgaben:
- Kundenkontakt und Unterstützung des Außendienstes.
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertriebsteam bei der Erstellung von Angeboten und Preislisten.
- Erfassung und Verwaltung von Bestellungen bei Lieferanten.
- Nachverfolgung von Lieferungen und Betreuung nach dem Verkauf.
Anforderungen:
- Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache.
- Fähigkeit zur effektiven Kommunikation und Kundenorientierung.
- Fähigkeit zur selbstständigen Arbeit und zur Organisation eigener Aktivitäten.
- Teamgeist und Bereitschaft zur Zusammenarbeit.
