Orienta S.p.A., Società benefit, filiale di Bolzano, ricerca per azienda cliente di Bolzano operante nel settore dei sistemi idrici un/a CENTRALINISTA.
La risorsa si occuperà di:
- Gestione del centralino e della casella di posta elettronica.
- Supporto nel reparto acquisti/vendite/logistica per l'inserimento degli ordini di vendita nel sistema gestionale.
- Assistenza alla clientela per richieste di informazioni, reclami, invio di documentazione e assistenza.
Requisiti:
- Diploma preferibilmente ad indirizzo commerciale/amministrativo.
- Conoscenza linguistica tedesco/inglese
- Conoscenza pacchetto Office.
- Predisposizione al contatto con il pubblico, cordialità e gentilezza.
- Capacità organizzative e di lavoro autonomo.
Orario: full time.

Die/den zukünftige/n Mitarbeiter/in wird folgende Aufgaben haben:
- Verwaltung der Telefonzentrale und des E-Mail-Postfachs.
- Unterstützung der Einkaufs-/Verkaufs-/Logistikabteilung beim Eintragen von Verkaufsaufträgen in das betriebliche Managementsystem.
- Kundenservice für Anfragen, Beschwerden, Dokumentenversand und Unterstützung.
Anforderungen:
- Abitur, vorzugsweise im kaufmännischen Bereich.
- Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch/Englisch.
- Beherrschung von Microsoft Office.
- Freundlichkeit und Höflichkeit im Umgang mit Kunden.
- Organisationsfähigkeit und selbstständiges Arbeiten.
Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit.
