Cerchiamo per azienda operante nei multiservizi un/una CAPOSQUADRA per la gestione di un appalto su Parma.
La risorsa si occuperà di organizzare i turni, coordinare il personale, formare i nuovi ingressi, gestire ordini di materiali, controllare l'uso corretto di DPI e macchinari e mantenere i contatti con il cliente. È prevista anche operatività sul campo in caso di necessità.
Requisiti:
– Esperienza nel ruolo e nel settore pulizie
– Disponibilità al lavoro su turni, weekend e festivi
– Patente B e AUTO
